Competitor watch
Competitor watch shows who files the most trademarks and lets you follow particular attorneys and applicants.
Competitor watch. Add an attorney, agent code or proprietor to follow; the attorney list underneath ranks attorneys by the marks they have filed.
Attorney list
The attorney list ranks attorneys and agents by the number of applications in Yatri Trade's records. For each one you see the name, agent code, address, total trademarks, filings yesterday and filings in the last 30 days.
Tick Show only to list only the attorneys above your firm's threshold. The threshold is 10,000 trademarks unless an owner changes it in Settings. Use the search box to find an attorney by name or code.
Select the total for an attorney to list their trademarks. Select an application number in that list to see the full record. Back to competitors returns to the attorney list.
Watched competitors
To follow an attorney or applicant:
- Choose what to watch: attorney name, attorney code or proprietor.
- Type the name or code.
- Choose Add competitor.
You can also choose Watch in a row of the attorney list.
Each watched competitor shows their total filings, filings yesterday and filings in the last 30 days. Their filings from yesterday also appear on your dashboard. Use the bin button to stop watching.
